- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The "tax professionals" at this establishment were all but professional during my 2012 tax preparation, putting a bad taste in my mouth from the get-go. But the utmost lack of respect and care about the fact that my refund was way, WAY past due was completely mind blowing. I was transferred to FOUR different people just to find out if these people had the correct bank and routing number for me. I was completely mis-advised, mislead and charged an ungodly amount of money for something I SHOULD have done myself; would have been way less stressful. The owner of the Hinesville store called me last and couldn't have been more rude. I wouldn't advise this office to anyoneBy Danielle Fortin, November 05, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Friendly staff. Met the new manager and she answered all my questions and was very helpful. They seem to have some new things they'll be offering customers and she told me about the workshops they have free for the public and the office looked inviting even for children.
